Very minor changes like removing a dust speck or two can be done here. I can't fix images taken out of focus!

This website is a labor of love; a gift to the touring world from a fellow tourer. Completely
funded and managed by the same. Many of the images here are viewed over 700 times *each
month* with several having been viewed in total over 10,000 times in less than a year!! And
the worldwide audience continues to grow.
Now for the submission requirements...
implications regarding either their load volume or weight. So, for gallery inclusion:
Panniers must be
installed, front and rear. The following two exceptions are allowed:
1) Bikes pulling a trailer of gear *and* having front panniers (no rears needed in that case).
2) Recumbents with under-seat panniers *and* having rear panniers.
No flags from any country unless they are part of the landscape, cityscape and so on. The small country
patches sometimes seen attached to panniers are OK. No bike company staged shots. If your image
appears to be an advertisement or gimmick you can count on resistance.
This collection is not about us, the people riding the bikes. No one should be standing over or riding
the image subject. With that said, naturally no one should be standing in front of it.
BIG! BIG! BIG! The target image width is about 1000 pixels wide but most of the really nice shots in the
gallery are due in part to owners sending in the original .jpg file from the camera, on average over
1600x1200 in size, ranging up to 3072x2304. That's bigger than any monitor will display but I
crop or resize to fit based on principles of photographic composition and the target bike size.
The images must be sharp and well arranged. Some photos with distracting backgrounds have not
made the gallery. No photos of bikes inside, in the driveway, leaning against a car and so on. Go on tour
and when you get to something that makes you think, "Wow, look at that!" stop and get the photo for FLT.
the collection down. After all, I have a full time job and enjoy riding in my spare time. : )
The touring world would like to see your bike set against a stunning backdrop. Keep the FLT gallery in mind
during your next tour!!
